EXHIBITION MATERIALS and DIGITAL COMMUNICATION The use of digital communication and materials helps reduce the consumption of paper and other printed materials. We use online solutions: invitations, advertisements, informational materials, tickets, etc.
REUSABLE or RECYCLABLE MATERIALS In the exhibition halls, we use and recommend exhibitors to utilize existing materials and solutions.
TRANSPORT We encourage visitors to come using public transportation. For exhibitors coming from farther away, we provide free access to Tallinn public transportation.
FREE ADMISSION FOR CHILDREN UP TO 15 YEARS OLD We offer activities and knowledge tailored to children to make the fair interesting and educational for younger visitors as well. Schools and publishers are present, meetings with foreign guests take place, workshops are held, and a wealth of other knowledge is shared. VOLUNTEERS Involving volunteers in the organization of the fair provides social benefits by offering individuals an exciting work opportunity, helping them make new contacts, work as part of a team, contribute to the success of a major international event, and receive attractive motivation packages.
LOCAL SMALL-SCALE PRODUCERS and PROMOTION OF LOCAL CULTURE We invite small-scale producers from all over Estonia and neighboring countries to showcase their products. We prefer local and seasonal food, which we introduce to numerous foreign guests.
CARD PAYMENT We recommend that participants prefer card payments, which make transactions faster and more convenient. We reduce the additional cost associated with cash handling.
WASTE MANAGEMENT First and foremost, we aim to prevent and reduce waste generation. We sort the generated waste into six categories: organic, packaging, deposit packaging, paper/cardboard, general waste, and construction waste. Deposit packaging is redirected back into circulation.
REUSABLE DISHES We only allow food and beverages to be served in reusable, washable dishes.
ECO-THEME AT THE FAIR We introduce environmentally friendly travel options and ways to reduce your ecological footprint. REDUCING PAPER USAGE We strive to minimize the use of printed materials and paper documents.
EXHIBITION CENTER, FURNITURE, and TECHNICAL RENTAL SOLUTIONS Utilizing the old exhibition hall helps save resources that would otherwise be needed for constructing new temporary facilities. All construction elements, furniture, equipment, and other necessities are available for rent.
REDUCING ENERGY CONSUMPTION The exhibition center uses energy-efficient lighting solutions and sustainable heating and cooling systems.
COLLABORATION WITH A CHARITY ORGANIZATION We support 3 organizations: Estonian Cancer Society, community of local Ukrainians, and North Estonian Blind Association.
