All main exhibitors may invite co-exhibitors. The deadline for adding co-exhibitors is January 10, 2025. The participation fee for a co-exhibitor is €250 + VAT.

The co-exhibitor’s participation fee grants the right to participate in the fair on the Exhibitor’s stand, use the name and/or logo in the booth design, distribute promotional materials, be represented in the fair’s information channels, and have access to the fairgrounds during the designated times for exhibitors. *A co-exhibitor refers to a company or organization that shares an exhibition space with another entity at an event, such as a trade show or convention.

• presenting exhibitor information on the fair’s website
• exhibitor and builder cards
• 1 parking ticket for the fair period
• 1 invitation to the fair party
• 5 visitor fair tickets per rented fair space m2
• social media posts.
