We are delighted to invite you to join the Hosted Buyer Programme (HBP) and FAM trip to
Estonia, taking place February 9–13, 2026, in connection with TOUREST 2026, the leading
travel trade fair in the Baltic region.
This programme is organized by the Estonian Travel & Tourism Association and Visit Estonia /
Estonian Tourist Board, in cooperation with airBaltic and Tallink Silja Line.
TOUREST Hosted Buyer Programme and FAM trip are targeted to the product managers and the
sales personnel dealing with potential sales to Estonia from the following markets: Finland, Sweden,
Norway, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and the UK.

choice of a pre-tour to other regions - Get a comprehensive overview of destination Estonia’s product o ering at the travel trade
fair TOUREST - Connect with the Estonian suppliers at the B2B workshop: DMCs/inbound agents, hotels,
attractions, transport companies, destination marketing organizations
THE TOUREST HOSTED BUYER EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
- Return ights with airBaltic (or alternatives) from the designated airports / Tallink ferry
from Helsinki - 4 nights’ accommodation with full board (3 nights in Tallinn, 1 night on pre-tour) and
the FAM trip programme - Participation at the B2B workshop and TOUREST Travel Trade Fair (optional)
- Pre-tour of your choice: North Estonia, South Estonia, or Island Saaremaa

of a unique medieval atmosphere and a very modern and tech-savvy society! - Visit the Travel Trade Fair TOUREST 2026, the oldest and largest travel fair in the Baltic
countries, where there is an entire hall presenting the Estonian regions, activities, and best
products in an attractive setting, giving a good overview of what the whole country has
to offer (optional) - You are invited to inspiring pre-tours outside of the capital Tallinn, please choose one:
NORTH COAST OF ESTONIA, just an hour’s drive from Tallinn, the North Coast opens up to a
world of natural beauty and cultural treasures. Wander through ancient forests and serene wetlands,
discover historic manor estates, and enjoy the refreshing seaside breeze. This region o ers
