Each exhibitor and co-exhibitor completes the form themselves on the Fienta platform
The organizers will send you the necessary information and codes for registration by e-mail
When filling out the card, you must enter the company name and the person’s first and last name and these will be automatically added to the participant card
The participant card will be sent to your email address automatically
Under the QR code, there is a link labeled “PDF” — click on it, download the PDF participant card, print it out, fold it to the appropriate size, and use the card with a card holder
Exhibitor and Co-Exhibitor Badges
Print out the Exhibitor Pass in advance, as there is no printing facility at the Fair Centre
Use the Pass with an existing cardholder
If necessary, you can get a card holder and lanyard from the ETFL stand
The Badge entitles to free admission during the whole fair and must be visible (on the neck, chest).
The participant card is validated once every morning upon arrival at the exhibition center
The participant card entitles you to free admission to the afterparty.
The Badge entitles you to free travel on Tallinn public transport
