Tourest Outgoing Workshop Day

Aviareps Baltics, in cooperation with Estonian Travel and Tourism Association (ETFL) is organizing a joint B2B outgoing workshop to be held in conjunction with travel fair Tourest 2026. The workshop is designed for international suppliers who offer products relevant to the Estonian outgoing travel market.
We welcome participants from exotic destinations around the world as well as representatives from neighbouring countries. Through our joint efforts, we aim to ensure maximum visibility, strong attendance, and valuable outcomes for all participants.

Workshop includes
– Venue in Swissotel Tallinn
– One table per supplier with chairs and electricity for laptops
– A suitably sized hall to comfortably host up to 50 one-to-one meeting tables
– Screen or projector for presentations
– Charging facilities at tables
– Only one representative per table is included. Additional participant may attend at an extra fee of 490 €
– Coffee break with coffee, tea, water, and light snacks during registration
– Buffet lunch for all participants
We organize free use of public transportation in Tallinn for exhibitors and offer discounted accommodation in selected hotels
